School Safety and Compliance

Unbound Academy is dedicated to identifying, locating, and referring all children with disabilities aged birth through 21 who attend our school, regardless of the severity of their disability. We ensure that all eligible students receive appropriate support and services in compliance with federal and state regulations.

This policy aligns with:
- The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and its regulations.
- Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 15, Chapter 7.
- Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R7-2-401.

This policy is made available to all school-based personnel and parents within our public education agency (PEA) boundaries, either in writing or electronically.
