    Michael is a former social studies teacher with 20+ years of experience in Arizona public education as a both a teacher and district level administrator. He is a National Board Certified Teacher and state certified as both a teacher and principal.

    Ariana is a certified teacher with 8 years of experience teaching in elementary schools and working for the Arizona Autism Charter Schools.

    Julie is originally from the USA and has spent most of her career as a professional artist and photographer, working with kids, and transitioned to facilitating online alternative education about 5 years ago. She got her master's in psychology, specializing in adolescent development and she's now getting her doctorate (EdD in Ed Tech and Instructional Design).
